Ubac

The ubac benefits from less sun during the day. The grapes from plots planted in such a way as to obtain optimum maturity. The ground is made up of a first layer of white chalk and piles of sand, clay and rock from the Cretaceous. Drainage therefore occurs naturally and allows you to maintain the heat of the day to restore it at night.
