In a typical Champagne cellar, come and awaken all your senses, around different workshops related to wine.

This space offers a playful approach totally dedicated to the cultivation of vine and wine.

On one hand, you will taste salty and sweet, sour, bitter, umami ice cubes, in order to discover these tastes. On the other hand, you will discover the smells of raw materials (cloves, cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg); then you will have to recognize the different shapes of wine glass according to their region of production, etc.

It's fun, friendly and above all sometimes reveals our weakness in exploiting our senses. This is an experience of about an hour, with the challenge of obtaining the most positive answers on a sheet like a competition.

In their beautiful vaulted cellar dating from the 19th century,you are in a preserved setting, surrounded by old stones and allears in front of the explanatory video of the meticulous work ofthe vine. Yes ! Our winemaker takes care of his product: shortpruning, disbudding, manual harvesting, hand riddling for thegreat cuvées... In this sensory space, you will taste the differentgrape varieties and test the limits of your senses. Are they always sending you the right messages? Lend yourself to the exercise by practicing visual, olfactory, gustatory experiences...It has surprises in store for you, the awakening of a 6th or even a 7th sense. Eric takes you there gradually, however we give you a hint: know that champagne is the wine of joy and happiness.
